Returns & Exchanges

At Amelie Teje, we want you to love your pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and hygiene seals still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the return form is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
